What’s your cancellation policy?

Our stylists book everything by time, so we ask you respect their schedule and let us know as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Things come up, we get it, but we do ask for 24 hours cancellation in advance. If it is less than that, 50% of your session rate will be charged. For last minute cancellations and no-shows, the full session rate will be charged. 

How do I know how much time to book for a service?

We offer a complimentary consultation for anyone curious about their service or wanting to talk through options. Just book a consultation through our booking link.

how should my hair be when I arrive for my service?

For all services, clean hair styled how you usually wear it is very helpful. For curly cuts, dry cutting is often best, so please come with your curls in their natural state, minimal product. For color services, we ask you shampoo no more than 48 hours prior. Dry hair is always best.

What type of payment do you take?

When you book, our system captures a card to secure your appointment. You are welcome to use the card on file or a different one at time of your service. We are cashless and gratuity isn’t a thing at Craft, so cards really are best.
