This is my go-to salon!! I will never let anyone but Teagan do my hair ever again, they just know it so well. Haircuts, styles, colors, touch-ups, do-overs, fresh starts, the works, they make me feel so pretty. It's also so comfy, love the atmosphere and the employees are so chill. (Especially Rosie.) 11/10 Will return to for the rest of my life.
Gracie is amazing! The haircut turned out better than I could have imagined, it feels so fresh and perfectly suits my style. On top of that shes super easy to talk to, which made the whole experience so enjoyable!!
I have been seeing Brady for years and consider her not only my trusted stylist but a great friend. She always exceeds my expectations and has great suggestions that have never done me wrong. She is a must for anyone in the MKE area! As for Craft Salon, they are always upbeat and fun to be around and the salon is super clean! They do all kinds of hair which I love to see. Bonus points for when Rosie is in!
I booked with Kay after not having a cut for 9 years. This lady is absolutely fantastic both in her work and how she treats clients. I was so extremely nervous to get a haircut since my last haircut was kind of traumatic and I left so sad and disappointed. That is absolutely not the case here!
From booking to the time I was in her chair she let me talk through concerns and what I do/don't want. When I got there she was ready and excited to work with me and made me feel so welcome. Throughout the appointment I was consulted about everything and we talked about so many things. She's so kind and funny! I left feeling amazing and lighter. I'm so beyond appreciative of Kay and Craft. Thank you!!
This salon really has good vibes and super friendly staff. Vienna did such a good job on my hair, I absolutely love it and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!
Teagan was awesome! We had a good conversation that made me feel like they really understood my hair goals. The place is cute and felt really nice. I was nervous about going to a new salon when my last stylist moved. I had a great experience and look forward to going back :-)
I went in for a blow out and the whole experience was incredible. Dani was so nice and took the time to discuss the finished style before we got started. Not only did I leave looking incredible but it's still looking great on day 2! Dani's service coupled with l the inclusive vibe of the whole salon 100% sold me- I will definitely be back!

Cara is truly amazing. She understands the science and the art behind doing hair and has blown me away with her abilities. From the first time I sat down in her chair, I realized that she has the skills and mad talents---and she is intuitive. On top of that, she is a kind human.
